Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on March 4, 2022 found that Homewatch Caregivers of Lower Bucks County had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation completed on December 21, 2021, and a re-licensure survey completed on June 29, 2021 .

The deficiencies were cited as a result of an complaint investigation completed on December 21, 2021, and a re-licensure survey completed on June 29, 2021.
